LEKfit!!!!!!

I just have to say that I'm really enjoying my 7 day free trial and will continue after that's up. It's like TAM, but better with less questionable moves. I also loves how she utilizes rebounder for much of her cardio and as a barre for standing leg work! The workouts are tough while doing them, but they go by really quickly ( no clock watching) and I don't feel beat up afterwards. I really look forward to doing these workouts. I love Firm and Cathe workouts, but find if these are my main workouts, I feel aches and pains. I subscribed to Pilates by Lisa last month and while I love her workouts, they are not enough to keep me toned, strong and flab free. I need more. They are really great add ones, but they cannot be my main work out. I would love to subscribe to both, but as PBL is priced a little on the higher side, I don't think I would use her enough to justify the cost.

I think I've found my magic bullet for my body and mind engagement while exercising! I will throw in some Tracie Long and Lauren Brooks for spice as I'm looking for low impact high intensity workouts!!!

I've been eyeballing this for months but haven't signed up for the free trial yet. I'm mostly interested in the rebounder workouts. How many are posted there? Can you tell how frequently she posts new content?

She's a former TA instructor who has tweaked the method I think for the better. She posts 2 new workouts weekly (sculpt and a bounce and sculpt live class). She also has add on workouts. She has a lot of content. She's better at cueing and giving form pointers. There also isn't a lot of endless on all fours leg work which bothers my back and wrists. She teaches classes out of her very souped up garage in L.A. At 15.99 per month, she's a bargain compared to TA! She does offer a little dance cardio, but it's really basic and you can choose to do those parts on the rebounder to keep it all low impact. Give her a try! She offers a 7 day free trial! Oh, she uses a jump sport 350 in her classes. I have a Bellicon, so our bungee tensions are not the same. It doesn't take away from the workout!

Are there a lot of squats and lunges in the workouts?

Practically none that I've encountered so far! A few squats, no lunges. Her leg work is mostly standing leg workout similar to TA original DVD standing work. Very creative. The live bounce and sculpt class had actress Busy Philips in it I think!
