I downloaded several of these. In my experience, I end up deleting free or 99 cent kindle books (they are usually free or really cheap for a reason) but some of these looked like good guides for some easy recipes or exercise tips. Thanks for sharing.

Same here. I didn't get the 99cent, just the freebies. I thought Nutritious Low Calorie Lunch is good. What else?

Thank you for posting these. I downloaded a number of free books.

The best deal of the freebies? Dr. Briffa's book. I've followed his blog for several years, so I'm happy-pleased to get his book for nuthin'.
