Now THIS class looks like fun! Maybe one day, I'll make the trip. I'm not a fan of her kickboxing dvds, but do LOVE TLC...

Those do look like fun! These are the kinds of classes I really prefer taking in a group setting for the energy.

Cool, thanks for sharing! I just recently got on a KCM kick again and love her newer workouts too! I don't have TLC yet, but it's on my trade wish list!

I was there!!!! It was a great class. Since we had several home exercisers there, she built combos from TLC and her latest Total Body Kickbox into the workout for us. She is SUCH a nice person!!!!

We got to meet Lauren, Lori, Noelle, Michelle, Samantha and Marcus, too. It was so awesome! KCM is really sweet (and tough!).
