I did the second workout in the first DVD today (alternate lunges, santana(?) pushups, and competition burpees) after a 45 minute run and continued to burn as many calories as I do running! I started with 15#s but got pretty fatigued and went to 10#s. Then I did 15 minutes of Dream Body (the kickboxing one) and continued to burn as many calories as I would have running, since my heart rate stayed up high
First time of a Zcut and Dream Body and LOVED them both. I just finished a JNL rotatation and am starting on DB next week so this gave me a first taste
I previewed all of the Zcut DVDs and am going to get a LOT of use out of them. I thought the music was decent too, and it was well chaptered! And it's always gratifying to see that Zuzka herself struggles to get through the sets too.
I will definitely be putting the DVDs into safer packaging though, one is already scratched (just light surface scratching) from that cardboard packaging.
