At midnight (VF time) I did a YouTube workout from Cardio Party Mashup’s channel called The Most Aggressive Cardio Beatdown for one hour. It’s a tough hour of dancing and sweating with lots of squat thrusts done to the beat of the music. Whew!! Super fun!!

Happy New Year to all!

3 am to 4 am Eastern. I decided to do a medley of all my favourite things at the moment. I was raring to go, so I did start a bit early.

- Never Stop Dancing - 18 min
- Jessica Smith 6-Mile Mix Upper Body Sculpt - 15 min
- ETV - Amanda's Express Posture - 15 min
- Callanetics - Sandra's 12 minute class
- Qigong - Lee Holden's Day 10 of his 7-Minute Challenge
- MFML - Yoga stretches using a chair - 15 min

After all that, I think I need to go back to bed!

5am marathon time.

The Active Resistance Training Facebook page had two recent ART Fundamental workouts posted. Completed both. Began a little early and ended a little late.

Nice way to begin the new year.

7:00 eastern time, 6:00 In Midwest. It’s still very icy here for outside walk so I went to the gym and did 30 mins on treadmill and 30 mins on bike. Will add Essentrics and yoga later.

8:00 am EST - I did Melissa Wood Health 45 Min Full Body Yoga Pilates Flow.

I liked it! May have another subscription to sign up to.

6AM CST/7AM EST - Finished up week 2 of Body Beast with BUILD: Shoulders. Also did Brazilian Body (w/u & Maculele) and started another round of QI GONG 30 Day Challenge - Day 1. I’m sure I’ll do something later today in order to meet my daily step goal.
