All time slots are filled, so we will be exercising for 24 hours straight on New Year’s Day!

Please post your workouts here. Even if you are not signed up, feel free to post your New Year's Day workout and time!

Lee Holden's Qi Gong The Seated Workout - long version

Rodney Yee/Yoga Journal Yoga for Meditation - Garden (hip opening routine)

I watched the Times Square ball drop (9pm my time on the West Coast) and then started. I'm dealing with an injured knee for the second time in a couple of months, so I did two chair routines. Really nice combo for a nighttime workout.

at 4pm (2am at VF) did:
