I haven't done her workouts recently (too many workouts, too little time) but I have 10 Pound Slim down, 10 Pound Slim down Extreme, and ACE HIIT Series. I really enjoy them. I don't recall if they have plyo. At the time, I was okay with plyo, in small doses with the right sequencing, but I don't know if I'm okay with it now. I also have her two walking workouts and one set she did with Prevention. I think it was called Get Your Body Back? I really like Chris and would buy her dvds from her Get Healthy U channel if they went on sale.
