Anyone Still Use Chris Freytag?

I'm not sure why, but she has fallen off my radar for quite some time. I was over at Total Fitness DVDs and went through the list of instructors and her name stuck out to me.

I've owned a few of her workouts throughout the years, but the one I never purchased was her HIIT Series. Is it easy to modify? I don't plan of any plyos and time soon. What other workouts do you like by Chris? Who still uses her? I see she has some workouts on Youtube as well.

I haven't done her workouts recently (too many workouts, too little time) but I have 10 Pound Slim down, 10 Pound Slim down Extreme, and ACE HIIT Series. I really enjoy them. I don't recall if they have plyo. At the time, I was okay with plyo, in small doses with the right sequencing, but I don't know if I'm okay with it now. I also have her two walking workouts and one set she did with Prevention. I think it was called Get Your Body Back? I really like Chris and would buy her dvds from her Get Healthy U channel if they went on sale.

I love Chris too. And her GHU videos do go on sale. I've just gotten a whole bunch of emails for sales on various programs. Even though I'm a member, I was so tempted to buy. Hi, my name is Debra and I'm a vidiot.

I'm considering bringing a few of her workouts back into my routine. I'm so glad you ladies enjoy her routines. I need to keep previewing video clips and try to decide which ones I really "need".
