Jane Adams Balance routines

I know she has a DVD dedicated to Balance plus she has routines on other DVD's. Specifically, which routine/DVD seems the best for balance? Also, I prefer short routines (less than 20 minutes). TIA

I prefer her Balance & Strength dvd which has some tai chi in it, as well as balance workouts. I believe the longest workout on that dvd is right at 30 mins.

Second on the list, for me, would be Stronger Standing Balance, which has several sections that would fit your time parameters.

Last on my list, because I do it so rarely, is Yoga for Seniors: Improve Balance, Flexibility, and something else. Truthfully, I think I've done it once, so long ago I can't remember why I don't choose it more often.

Most of Jane's balance practices are pretty similar, but Stronger Standing Balance is all balance related, and everything's in the 10-30 minute range (mostly around 15). It also offers a progression to work through as you improve.
I really like the Awakening the Muscles of Balance session, which is mostly foot and ankle focused stretches with some strength.

Gentle Yoga has a balance practice that is approx 20 minutes. The Balance & Strength DVD also has some, as does Yoga for Beginners. To ME, these all feel pretty similar.
