BarreAmped Bootcamp this morning. I thought it was a 50 minute workout. Lol. The joke was on me as it turned into an 80 minute workout. I loved the stretching segment at the end.
I found The Gift of Yoga at a thrift store today for .99 and did it this evening. It was a pleasant workout with a fantastic relaxation segment. I want to take a nap :-)
