Yes, I have Lean Machine but the 30 min "Weights & Abs" routine is on the Body Rock DVD as well.

The new set *is* overpriced - could def be a single DVD with premix options a la KCM - but I haven't bought a new DVD in forever and this looks better than her Extremely Ripped DVDs (the dark set was a total turnoff to me).

Wow. That has to be her sister. I see her look alike is doing the ab/core segment. Anyone notice through the years, that Jari does overkill for arms and legs, but when it comes to ab work, she barely does enough reps to even work the abs? I never have liked her ab segments. Anyway, not seeing anything new other than the cast and brighter set. I have a lot of her dvds, so I'll pass for now. They are really crammed together in the set. Is it a way to save money?

In face, doesn't she even talk about her lack of ab work in one of her early dvds? I think so but wouldn't know which one it was.
