Body Ripped DVD

There's so much written on the website I can't really tell what's included, but I figure she's giving Zuzana a run for her money:

Or it's not a DVD, it's a book? I don't know, my eyes sort of glazed over trying to read all that!

Wow that's a lot of writing! I waded through most of it, and it looks like there's 3 phases - a 7-day "kickstart", a 21-day "Rapid Loss", and an 8-week program. There's also bonus abs and glutes workouts. It does not say how many workouts are in each phase, or how many days per week you workout. I'm assuming it's all downloads, and the videos are accessed via the website. It does look to be Zuzana-type bodyweight exercises.

So is anyone going to spring for the $40 and let us know exactly what's in it?

Kyla was one of BodyRock's featured guests a few times. I think she started her own fitness website like a another of their guests. If not Kyla, I know there was another who did because there was a little drama discussion on the Facebook posts.

I have noticed a lot of trainers' pages are like that...not one space without some text or blinking banner from top to bottom

This looks to be that style of all those other hard sell fitness sites that sell the downloadable programs. Even though some/many are pretty decent programs, I have learned my lesson with paper workouts, I just won't do them. I'm pretty sure this is just downloads, no dvd.

ETA: Just noticed the comments above and rechecked, there are companion videos you will get access to, but those still never work well for me, I am a dvd girl for sure.
