That's awesome. My Abs Coach is my 11 year old coonhound, Flint. He doesn't count the day complete unless I work out and end with floorwork on my back! There have been a fair number of abs workouts that might have been skipped, if not for Flint's encouragement!

I wonder how many mats she goes through in a month.

Does anyone know where she lives? I loved watching the leaves blowing in the wind. Looks like a great place to work out.
