I bought a 1 pound set because all of the posts on here had me terrified about DB!
But, after doing this workout, I think you could probably get away with 2 pounds. But, it will increase the challenge level.
Either way, it's a great workout! I only added this once during the first week I had DB and just added it into my TA/barre rotation and dropped 4.2 unexpected pounds. This one works you! So, 1 or 2 pounds, I'm sure you'll get great results.
