New Jari Love-Get Extremely Ripped due out May 5th

Glad to see I'm not the only one who shortens Jari's workouts by skipping segments. I always wonder if I'm losing some of the effect of the "high rep" concept but that's the only way I can get through them sometimes.

This looks really, really good, and it comes out shortly before my due date, so a Jari rotation would be a cool postpartum thing if I can manage it.

Hm, well, this will be my motivation to finally do RTTC, so I'll know whether I want the new one. I don't love compound exercises and I've used all my other Jari's (R1000 only once ) but not RTTC.

I skip lower-body segments of the other Jari's to do an upper-body split, using barre workouts for lower-body. I think Jari and barre complement each other well since they're both in the low-weight high-rep genre.

Does anyone have a favorite of Jari's? I don't have any of her w/o's but would love to try one. R1000 looks pretty good...

I like her Ripped and Chiseled. It's my favorite Jari.
I wonder what Jari will name the next series to this one.

I'm not fond of compound exercises either which is why I traded RTTC. I am a little disappointed to hear Extremely Ripped will be like RTTC but I am sure her other new releases will be more to my liking.

If you live close to a Ross, try there. I've gotten all but Jari's latest at Ross for CHEAP-O.

I get a good burn with R1000. I actually like S&L (can go quite heavy) and GRTTC b/c it's compound work, gives me a burn, and gets my heart rate up.
