Yeah, I think this does have way too much of a Slim & Lean vibe to it, and I will probably pass unless I pick it up cheap or in trade. One truly never can tell until they've actually done a workout.
I like RTTC and R1000 because they feel "different" in some way. I haven't done them much though, as when my PF was acting up I found that they (particularly R1000) irritated my foot, but I hope to get to them again soon. Slim & Lean, however, is one of the most boring workouts ever put out, IMO. Sorry, Jari and her fans, but it bores me to tears. The music, blech. Jari is somewhat uninspiring. She's a good instructor and seems to be very pleasant, I just wish she'd pep up a bit for her workouts, smile and convince me she's enjoying herself. The backgrounders seem a bit stiff. I think it's a solidly put together workout; I just can't get past the dread factor which is why it's on my trade list.
