Jari has a good ab segment in Get Revved the first half hour segment. Its traditional sit-ups but you are holding a weight and raising it up over your head as you sit up. Then it has inner thigh work alternating with sit-ups. I usually prefer side planks with twisting under body arm movements and planks for my abs. That's when I really see results. But that Jari segment is pretty good.
