What I love about Dick Van Dyke is how agile he's stayed. There is no stiffness in his gait at all and he's still dancing away. I remember seeing him a couple years ago on the TV Land awards and when he went up on stage, he literally bounded up with ease. I hope I can grow old that gracefully. I LOVE this video, by the way - his wife is adorable! |

Dick Van Dyke was interviewed on a Philadelphia radio station a few weeks ago-even early in the morning (and he might have been calling from the west coast) he sounded totally alert, and he discussed how all the people his age who kept moving all the time were doing so much better than the ones who stopped moving and gave up exercising or just daily activities.
