I decided to try the streaming service this fall. I've done all but one of the Aging Backwards workouts on EVT. She goes slowly, but her cuing is better than in the PBS daily episodes.
I find I really appreciate how slowly and deliberately she walks us through. They seem even more deliberate and more strategically choreographed (wrong word, but you get the idea) than her PBS Aging Backwards episodes.
Her PBS Aging Backwards episodes are entitled: Posture, Body Shape, Pain Relief, Weight Loss.
Her EVT episodes are entitled: Posture, Pain Relief, Mobility, Bone Strengthening.
If I don't get distracted, maybe I'll spend this week doing a comparison/contrast of the 4 episodes (I need to repeat, this is contingent on my not getting distracted by T-Tapp or the Callanetics streaming I'm also indulging in this fall).
editing to add:
I did EVT AB Posture. About 17 mins of standing: slow, deliberate arm work, spinal flexion and some spinal extension, shoulder blasts, wash the windows, wash the table, a variation on side windmills (again, slow and deliberate). About 11 mins on the floor: a bit of side work, then on the back for baby stretches and hamstring/glute stretches (all slow and deliberate).
I'm sure I missed very important bits, but this is what I remember. She talked about which back muscles were being worked with the above the head arms and about what core muscles were being worked also. She talked about how relaxation could lead to strength.
I really loved it. She wears a light turquoise t-shirt that I clearly need in my wardrobe.
