My vote is SS Keep it Up! I use this a lot while traveling. It is 40 min long. I usually do Slim & 6pack for an additional 10 min ab workout.

I'm voting for Cathe's X-Train Low Impact HIIT - I usually do about 20 minutes at a time - it gets my HR up there with no jumping and it's a good leg workout at the same time since she uses a lot of variations on squats and lunges to create the intensity!

I vote for Kelly Coffey Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness series!

For strength, I like KCM's Muscle Definition and Split Sessions.

For cardio, I like KCM's Cardio Quick Fix and Circuit Burn.
