What workout gives you the most bang for your buck in 45 minutes or less?

Sometimes I don't have time to work out for an hour and am looking for challenging workouts that take 45 minutes or less.

I think the original Kettlebell Kickboxing Scorcher series are good ones.

What else comes to mind? TIA!

I like the shorter Les Mill Pump workouts and feel they are very effective - they have a 35 minute one and a 45 minute one. I use them often when I'm short on time and want a full body workout.

Most Kettlebell workouts are well under 45' - Lauren Brooks new DVD has 3 workouts all around 25 minutes and they are great (once you add on a warm up you'll be around 35' or so), and the RKS workouts are all under an hour I believe. KCM has a few in this vein - I have her LIFT DVD (2, 30 minute workouts) and the Olympic Lifting workout on this one kicks my butt. I've heard great things about the 2nd workout, but have never done it myself.

Strong Body, Ageless Body and Strong Body, Fit Body by Erin O'Brien both are right at 45 minutes I believe, maybe a tad longer but not by much.

Cathe's HIIT workouts (30/30 and 40/20) are 30 killer minutes. Tabatacise and Circuit Max by her would also fit the bill. the Insanity workouts are also all under 45 mins, as is T25.

Cindy Whitmarsh's Ten Days to a Better Body and Amy Dixon's Women's Health Ultimate Fat Burn. Both (all three, really--Ten Days has two workouts) come in right around 40 minutes, with cardio, weights, and proper warmups and cooldowns.

I have been coveting these workouts for quite awhile. I wish they were offered at a discount. They are too espensive.

I use Dasha's Kettlebell Scorcher series, Tonique CardioMat just up to the point where she starts bridge work, and a lot of Buti Tone, which I know is not for everyone, but I find it the easiest to begin (sitting down, just moving your rib cage), and I get so sweaty by the end from the strength and cardio bursts.

You might not be looking for yoga, but I'm gonna throw Travis Eliot's Short & Sweet into the ring. Each 30-minute practice (there are four) is a great full-body workout.
