Tracie Long Leaning Out or Defining Shape?

I'm interested in these two. They seem somewhat similar...for those that have both, which do you recommend? Do you prefer one over the other?
Thanks!

Ha. Only 23 minutes to get the "buy both" response. LOL.

OK, let me add more background. I have tried:
Better Burn...BB
Break Through
Lift Higher
Reach Futher

Didn't care for any of them. Moved too quick, move-to-move-to-move. And maybe I don't click with Tracie, IDK.

BUT!
I'm getting back into weight workouts. I am LOVING FIRM Vol. 1 right now. I'm itching to reacquire Jari's GR&C. And now, somehow, I've got these 2 Tracie's on my wishlist, hoping they'll add some variety.

Help me narrow them down. Looking for a good weight workout (but brief, separate cardio segment is okay).

Defining Shape and Leaning Out are the only 2 Tracie's that I own, so I am no help comparing them to her previous workouts. Sorry!

Someone much more helpful than me will be along to help I'm sure!

I love them both also! Leaning Out has a cardio section, which Defining Shape doesn't have. Does that help? I guess I would have to give a very slight edge to LO, but not much. I do miss the chapter listing that the first 4 Longevity workouts had...missing on LO, although it is chaptered.

Have you tried Kick Back? My absolute favorite.

Ha! I'm going to make trouble for you and suggest Firm Volume 2 since you're enjoying Volume 1 so much.

I like Tracie's Longevity workouts but yes, she does move quickly, move-to-move etc -- I agree with you. I actually prefer her Focus workouts. They too move quickly but they're supposed to cause they're only 30mins.

Ah, not helpful, cause here's what I come away with:
Def. Shape = no cardio = good to me!
Leaning out = you give it the slight edge = uh-oh, now I"m torn
Kick Back = absolute fave = I did look at that one a while back = double uh-oh! (seriously, though, thanks for the feedback!)

That's strange

I used paypal to pay for the dvds from fitness favorites, with no problems.
Or is it a different rule if you live in the UK?

Oooo....well, maybe I just didn't look closely last time (cause I paid with rebate credit card). Well, that might have tipped the odds a bit... running to look now

Leaning Out is an awesome workout!! Regretfully I can't tell you much about Defining Shape other than I have it and I've done it. Leaning Out I loved from the very first time that I did it!! There's just something about that workout... I've been doing it at least once a week since it arrived.

I'm not a fan of Tracie's Focus workouts - although I'm eyeing Break Through. Bought Lift Higher -- liked it well enough, just wanted more. Reach Further -- did not get. Got done and felt EHH.

I do love BBBB though. The TLTs got me in the best shape of my life and I will forever have a soft spot for those four workouts!!
