I did Turbo Fire HiiT 15 and Yoga in the Garden of Serenity
TF was okay...music was unexceptional, with a driving beat...sort of monotonous but the workout was only 15 minutes long so it was fine. I modified a lot since I didn't use my rebounder. & I didn't go all out. Sooo much impact if you follow Chalene. This was perfect as a warm up to yoga/stretching. It doesn't have much of a warm up (I think Debbie S said in another thread that she added a longer warm up) but it didn't matter for me since I didn't push myself.
(btw, I don't think TF is out yet
- I got TF HiiT 15 with my last One on One workout).
