After seven workouts of NROL4W, I'm giving it up. When I wake up in the morning, my neck and knees hurt. Not my pecs, not my lats, not my hamstrings, not my quads. They are barely sore.

I'm lifting much more than I ever thought possible for me. I could go heavier, but I'm skeered of wrecking my joints. I've worked out for over 30 years and have NEVER dreaded workouts this much.

Knee Pain + Huge Dread Factor = Kiss of Death.

More kudos and congratulations to those who have completed this program!

Alta, well, you certainly gave it a good go, so we'll count you among the venerable ones who've survived this at least in part. Sorry to hear that you were having so much pain and discomfort, though.
