I actually ADORE P90x2 but I tell you who really makes me fearful....

Patrick Goudeau! I had Lean Hot Body, did it once and ran away screaming. But I just love the way he instructs. I keep trying them all. I recently got Extreme Calorie Burn and still haven't attempted it. But I want to. Must...be...brave.........

lol great question!

Bob Harper's cardio and strength workouts. They were so cheap that I bought a bunch. I know he's a tough instructor from his yoga dvd, and now I'm too scared to try these.

Great question!!

I had Jari Love Slim and Lean for two years... bought cheap at Ross... and finally did it! It slayed me! Then I put it away for a year and now I do that and several others on a regular basis.

P90X just sits in a file cabinet, I did one and dreaded it... have done no more Most people love it!

Yoga is another genre that I dread... did all of Tapout XT without the Yoga

The question is, did you drop?

They are hard, but if you ignore him when he pushes relentlessly, you can make them work.

Inspired by this thread, I finally pulled out HC Vol 2 this morning. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't horrible. I'll definitely do it again (when the soreness has subsided ).

I agree with this! Many people were telling me that pregnancy workouts are very light. I bought and tried about 10, and they were tough for my pregnant body, not light! I was having strong DOMS and not wanting to exercise for days. Finally, I stumbled along a Balletcize video at a thrift store of all places and had it converted to dvd. It was perfect, and now I am looking forward to working out daily! I just want to keep my appetite down (which hard workouts usually increase), stretch out my back and feel good!

I did this once, and was so sore that I have not touched it since. I love Michael, but this way too much jumping for me!
