I love Leaning Out and know it's really popular here on VF. It's mostly weights with one cardio interval. I am always sore in my lower body after that one. In my opinion, it takes Defining Shape up a notch, leaving out the balance work to include a bit of cardio.
Defined Lines is odd if you're not a Firmie. I like the workout because it's light weight training that hits muscles differently and has a good bit of cardio~and is lower impact. I consider it more of a cardio with 4 limb movement style workout.
