I like the 30/35 minute total body workout on Fitness Fix intermediate and advanced dvds. She uses combo moves so that she gets a lot done in a short amount of time, it's an intense short workout that hits the essentials.
Favorite of mine when I am really short on time and I don't want to do combo moves is the All Weights Premix from the Cathe Step Jump and Pump. At 19 minutes, she hits everything with a barbell and dumbells (barbell Squats, barbell deadlifts, barbell static lunges, barbell biceps, barbell triceps extensions, barbell chest press and dumbell shoulders). Then I add on the abs & its still under 30 minutes.
