I like the 30/35 minute total body workout on Fitness Fix intermediate and advanced dvds. She uses combo moves so that she gets a lot done in a short amount of time, it's an intense short workout that hits the essentials.

Favorite of mine when I am really short on time and I don't want to do combo moves is the All Weights Premix from the Cathe Step Jump and Pump. At 19 minutes, she hits everything with a barbell and dumbells (barbell Squats, barbell deadlifts, barbell static lunges, barbell biceps, barbell triceps extensions, barbell chest press and dumbell shoulders). Then I add on the abs & its still under 30 minutes.

Mindy Mylrea's Strength Toolbox has 3 sections of 10 min upper, 10 min lower, 10 min abs - with body weight, weights, and tubing. So 90 minutes plus a warm up and cool down and you can mix and match. It's hard to beat the time on these.

Stephanie Vitorino's Body Target 60 has 10 minutes each of upper, lower, and abs. Barry's Bootcamp has the 12 minute mission specialists each of upper, lower and abs.

The Powerfit workouts are all 20 minutes long, but all but one of the strength workouts are either splits or core only. They also use bands, although some people report having substituted weights for at least some of the exercises. The one total body is in the 2 DVD "Powerfit Plus" set, along with a kickboxing cardio workout. The strength training in Powerfit Harmony is 2 day/workout splits, and the original Powerfit are 3 day/workout splits with added core workouts in both sets, but I think ab work is included in at least some of the split routines as well.
