I would like a TLP, TLT, focus, and longevity rotation. I'd like it to be hard.

Ok, so I have it in my shopping cart at Mary's, but watching the clip, it looks really similar to the TLTs (of which I have all but Finding Your Core.) Is it really not that different? I love BBBB, EFM, and SIM, but I don't really need another workout that is more of the same.

It's different from the TLTs. It is similar since it's Tracie, with her Tracie style, but it uses ankle weights and focuses much more on lifting then any of the TLTs did.
