I second Cathe's Push Pull. I skip the calves and shin, easily under 40 minutes then.

Abs Diet 2:warmup and big muscle circuit - a little over 30 minutes
Belly Off Strength: warmup, supersets, strength circuit and cooldown segments - a tad over 40 minutes
Crunch Total Resculpt: upper and lower body segments - just under 40 minutes.
Total Workout in Ten: upper, lower, and flexibility segment as warmup- about 35 minutes
Cathe Total Body Sculpting- 30 minutes
Cathe Body Fusion- 40 minutes without abs
Cathe Power Hour- 40 minutes without lunges and abs

One of the segments in Stephanie Vitarino's Ultimate Body Shaper would be about 40 minutes. Or Michele Carmichael's FlexFuel is about 46 minutes.

You could always do 30 min upper body one day and lower body the next. Margaret's Forty and Fabulous is forty minutes and is tough but you'd have to buy The Classics, four DVDs.

Chalean Extreme. Some workouts are slightly over 40 mins., but for the most part, most of the strength workouts clock in between 30 & 40 mins and they are total body. I've said it before & I'll say it again, I LOVE CLX!
