My first workout after turning 60 was Atletica 1

I hope it's OK to crow a little to people who will understand my sense of accomplishment for this.

Modification confessions

- I used a 5 lb weight

- burpees were done extending one leg at a time, as Ilaria recommends, so I don't do as many as she does in the time allowed - I have a back issue at L3, so jump back burpees are not wise

- at least half the renegade rows were done with one knee down

- my pushups are slow, so I only do 30 to the 50 they do

- my Russian twists are done alternating legs up, but I do use the weight

Even doing such a wimpy version, I will have a little swagger in my step today.http://forum.videofitness.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Thanks ladies! It's good to hear appreciation.

Very few in my life could understand. A few years back I challenged DH to do Cathe Bootcamp, which he was sporting enough to do. He's never done it again, but it does give him some basis for the admiring noises he made when I told him what I did.

No other friends or family would have a clue. It's great to have a place to find kindred spirits who cheer each other on.
