I've bought several foam rollers. Two from Target and two through Beachbody (when my husband got P90X sets). The Target ones are Gaiam brand, if I recall. They are not as "hard" as the ones I got through Beachbody. My next purchase is the "rumble" roller: http://www.amazon.com/DSS-RumbleRoll.../dp/B00IB6AU7I
But just looking at it makes my IT bands cry I don't use any DVDs to foam roll, but I have watched YouTube tutorials about foam rolling and did receive guidance from my doctor/PT years ago that I still apply today. Oh, I also did P90X2 and that includes some foam rolling tips. |

As has been mentioned, I love the feeling after rolling. Sometimes, WHILE rolling, a grunt or two may escape.
