Workouts for Tuesday, March 1

I received Fe Fit last month - today I start the 6 week toning rotation but will do it during March only - upper body 3

adding a 30 minute walk at lunch

I grew up as teener weener. It got shorten to weener when a nephew was learning to talk and he just called me weener.
