Tuesday, November 12th Workouts!

It's Tuesday!

I know it's kind of early for the Christmas pics. Wal-Mart had their Christmas things out in October so why not? I love Christmas time!

Burn Set Bicep and Triceps. Very nice.

Impressive workouts Ladies!

Eilene - nice job with with those 27.5 db's.

Hahaha, well, if your area is similar to mine, we have snow on the ground which makes it seem more Christmas-like! But waaayyy too early for that---I guess, though, now you can't see the leaves that need to be raked!!

Rapidfire Results through the fourth drill, then popped in Rapidfire 3 and did the little Tabata section and stretch. Was about an hour.
