Today's Workout Fri 9/4

Hi everyone! Today was the Firm Sculpted Buns, Hips & Thighs with Tracie. Leslie Sansone's 3 Mile Calorie Blast with the belt for cardio. Have a great day everyone!

Took a day off, but went for a 50 minute walk with Frodo. Planning on cleaning my 3 story house, some yard work and another walk in the afternoon. Does all that count?

I did The Firm's Cardio Dance Fusion with Alison Davis and had so much fun - really perked me up!

Today I had me a little Buttercup! I did all of Cathe's Cardio & Weights -- what a fun workout! I think that one is in my favorite circuit workouts category.

hey everyone!Today I finally did squeeze stronger(all of it) ...I feel good! i might walk on the treadmill later on tonight but we'll see how that goes!

P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. This being my second time, I realized he was, in fact, serious about me doing some of those pushup variations, and I actually tried them. They are much harder that way.

I might try to get a walk in later too.
