You may want to check out the Frozen Shoulder Workbook
The book shows using a small hard ball between your shoulder and the wall. Putting the ball in a sock helps to move it to the right spots. This hurts SO GOOD! /Deb |

Yes, I must admit I was a bit surprised that Denise was referring to the shoulder and we were being instructed to put the roller around the armpit area. If you look at RedPanda's diagram post, the area she targets is where the subcapularis rotator cuff muscle is (no 6). Thanks for posting the diagrams, RedPanda!
