I had a lot going on today and could only do a short workout once I got home after church tonight. But I moved enough today to get my steps in.

I am quite pleased with myself and Denise. Busy day but I did ball & band day 4.

Heidi was in church today; she called it a field trip. She's not home yet. Moves with a walker. She brought her shawl in to be recharged. Shawl etiquette is that it's for the person, not an event; so she didn't get a new shawl after this accident. But a couple of years ago, the son of a church lady who was hospitalized for something, brought in her shawl to have it passed around so everyone could touch it and bless it, pray, think good thoughts, whatever. So that's having it recharged.

Denise day 5. This was all ball.
A pity she never put this on DVD. There are over 100 moves, all illustrated. Some are on 2 pages and there's text in between sections, so I didn't count them. Every day has a pre-mix of 12 exercises. There's toning, stretch, yoga, and Pilates. Also optional cardio.

Off to have pedicure, my annual dermatologist skin check, dinner out, and rehearsal in San Jose. Retired but not bored.

Sounds like a busy day for you. Are you feeling more rested?

Check-In: KCM's Lean Body Circuits combined workouts, no boxing w/5's & 8's (this was more intense than I have been doing, hopefully I can continue with this one for a while. My shoulder isn't right but it feels better than it did. )

Today we had a showing at the time when I usually work out. I worked hard getting ready for that, and then I did the new Blogilates 12 Minutes to a Toned Booty and also her 12 Minutes Total Body. These are all more than 12 minutes, but I think she likes the catchy title, lol. Going to stretch tonight as usual. We have another showing tomorrow late morning. Wouldn't it be great to get competing offers?

Diana, thanks for the walk link! I might try that one.

Cynthia, sounds like a fun week. Glad Heidi was feeling well enough to go out!

barre 3 30 minutes -- apparently they are back to making decent ones, along with the "evolved" bad ones, so I am finding enough good ones to do and knowing which ones to avoid.

Cheryl, glad you actually got a showing off and sending good luck wishes your way.

Cynthia, lots on your to-do list today!

Diana, hope your DH is continuing to improve and feel better.

I sent Linda a text today to check on her. She has continued to deal with sickness as well as painful wrists. She just got cortisone injections for her wrist.

Seabliss Good luck with the showings and offers!


My DH is feeling pretty rough. He's in a lot of joint pain. He has a Dr's apt tomorrow to get more info on the labs. Hopefully she can shed some light on things.
