December 14-Not a good stomach day. 40 min walk. I had to end it quickly....😯
December 15-1.5 hour walk
December 16-Linda Woolridge/Feel good series..I didn't like it. It was like taking calisthenics and trying to fusion it down, Essentrics/Re balance your Body/Total Body, 30 mins yoga.
December 17-No workout, long day and the temps dropped to the teens.
December 18-Essentrics/BS2/Meg, QiGong/Back and Neck.
December 19-30 mins yoga
December 20-1 hour walk
December 21-1 hour walk
December 22-travel day to Denver, then walked 45 mins with the dog.
December 23-1 hour walk with the dog, 1 hour yoga class (taught by DIL)
December 24-1.5 hour walk with the dog, 1 hour hot yoga class.
December 25-1 hour walk
December 26-travel day
December 27-1 hour walk, 30 mins yoga (Kassandra), QiGong/Neck and back.
December 28-1.5 hour bike ride, QiGong (about 15 mins). Road my "pink" bike to the bike shop in the next town to pick up my new bike. Then road my new bike back leaving my "Pink" bike for a tune up. My new bike is purple. So I have pink and purple. It was in the 40's, but very damp. My toes were cold coming back. I love my new bike but the seat is very uncomfortable. I think I need to get another seat.
December 29-1.25 hour walk, 20 mins Yoga for Neck and back/Adriene
December 30-QiGong for Energy and Vitality, 20 mins yoga, Essentrics BS2/Meg
