Question Streaming devices?

I’m thinking of getting a Roku so I can try the Openfit workouts. But what other streaming sites work with Roku? I’m mainly interested in Cathe and KCM. I think Cathe can be used on Roku but not sure about KCM. Can someone help? Technology is not my thing! I still love my DVDs but want to try something new!

I don’t know about Cathe or KCM on Roku. I do know that on Roku you can do: YouTube, Purpleplayer (which lets me do Leslie’s streaming and the online workouts I buy from Jessica Smith), Beachbody, Daily Burn, Get Healthy Utv, Open Fit, Ballet Physique, P57, and Body FX (which includes Figure 8). There are probably a lot more than this, but this is what came to my mind.

KCM is only on Firestick, not Roku

Here is a link to all the fitness channels available on Roku. If you’re looking on your phone new channels will load when you get to the bottom until all the channels are listed.

Web Video Caster App

There is an app for smartphones and on ROKU called Web Video Caster which is actually a browser that can cast an online video from your phone to a ROKU.
I use it for Vimeo OTT, previously vhxtv, sites which do not have their own app like Walking Online Workouts.
Web Video Caster support is very good.
When I first used it, it did not work for Vimeo OTT but they resolved the glitch.

The free version does have ads.
A one time $3.99 fee for a premium upgrade removes ads and enables bookmarking and playlists.

this looks like a good article about it

Thanks for this. Contemplating Body Project because I love their free content (thanks to Alta!). Seeing that I can ROKU it is a positive. I use ROKU for Body Groove and love it.

most free fitness channels are not too good but Jenny Ford's Freedom Fit has more than her youtube channel (I think?).
