Thanks, Kate!! This is a great list as I still have to organize my Cathe DVDs by year. I've done it by series at this point but your list will make it easier than looking at each group for the tiny year printed at the bottom! I have earlier Cathe workouts than 1999 but I don't recall that there were any premixes on them since I don't think they were a "thing" with VHS? I also "think" that the compilation ones don't have them either since they are DVD conversions from VHS but it's been awhile since I looked at them.

It's fun to go through them! Even if you bounce around some within doing the workout as is and mixing in premixes.

We've been having fun doing that and sharing thoughts and ideas for different mods with the workouts on the Cathe chrono thread.

I've been toying with the idea of doing what you guys are doing. It sounds like fun! I would have to look and see what my oldest Cathe is---think it's Step in Motion 1 or 2 maybe?

So cool that you have the Step in Motion ones. I never got my hands on those but I have all the ones that Kate posted. It has been really fun doing so many Cathe workouts lately. You should join us!

I've been thinking I might do the Cathe rotations again. The March one looks pretty good -- I used to do them pretty faithfully and I'm definitely so into Cathe again. Just finished a month of Ripped with Hiit -- the most I've ever used that series, I think. I also recently cracked out Split Fit for the first time ever. Not so wild about that series, I don't think, but I think I can make good use of the cardio workouts.

Bee, when you did the Cathe rotations did you fit in any other instructors? Did you just do Cathe strictly? I never did any of her rotations because I find her pretty tough. I would need to break it up with some easier instructors. Kudos to you!

Thanks -- yes, I mostly stuck with Cathe unless I wanted to do something different. I was younger then. That said, I've been doing nothing but Cathe and one day of yoga per week for at least a couple of months, but I have a new attitude with Cathe: if what she is doing is too tough, I modify or don't do it. Simple. And, to be honest, I've mostly been sticking to her more recent offerings which do seem a little toned down -- especially ICE, of course. And I've always thought she works some muscle groups too much so I skip some there, too. I'm really happy to have found my way back to Cathe again!
