Fitbit Charge 3 or Fitbit Inspire HR???

Fitbit sent me a coupon code for either $50 off a Charge 3 or $30 off their Inspire HR. I currently have a Fitbit One and it still works but is getting pretty old. I’m afraid it may quit on me soon so wondering if I should take the plunge and upgrade while I have a coupon to use.

If you have one of these Fitbits, just wondering how you like it? Is it accurate? Any problems?

Any thoughts....Which one should I get or if I should not even bother and keep / take my chances with my Fitbit One?

I had a fit bit versa. It was okay and I had an old fit bit you used to up on your clothing. I did not have good experience, for me on either of them. It did not make me happy. MOF: I was angry the thing had to be plugged in every day.

If you have had good experience and the one you have works, I say don’t be pulled in by a coupon that tells you it’s 50% off because that is the price it’s worth any how.

I have a tracker now that lasts a whole week before I need to plug it it. And don’t get me started on the price of Apple watches. Had one of those two. Now I wear a $45 tracker with 4 stars from amazon.

I got the same coupon but I'm not going to get one right now. I still use the One too. Of those two, I personally would be more interested in the Inspire because you can wear it as a watch or as a clip-on. I prefer the clip-on. I have had both types of Fitbit - Zip, One and Alta - and I found that the Zip or One was more accurate counting steps than the Alta.

I got a Fitbit Alta for Xmas two years ago. I LOVE it! It's small, you can scroll through your data, and a charge lasts 7-10 days (depending on how often I check my data).

I bought a pack of different color bands on Amazon so I can switch them up. I think I paid $10 for three but they may be cheaper now. Make sure you get a band with a buckle though because they tend to come off if you bump up against something with the other type of band.

I have a Charge 3 and I love it. I had a Flex that got wet & died. After that I had a Blaze which I sold. It looks more like a watch. The Charge looks very basic but I but the main reasons I bought it are because it’s waterproof & it was affordable. It also holds a charge for almost a week.

I have had the Fitbit charge 3 for nearly one year; I bought it right after they were released. I have had two replacements in that time. After a few months, they just die on me. I love tracking my steps and flights of stairs, but I would never get another Charge 3. From reading the Fitbit reddit and their own forums, I’m not alone in my dissatisfaction.

makes you think they'd fix the problems. Remember when the bands were causeing people to break out.?

That’s too bad! I’ve had mine for almost a year with no issues at all.

Fitbit just replaced my Charge 3 that I bought Black Friday. Mine didn't completely die. It just would discharge the battery within a day. The lights on the back were always on. The band connection also broke so I had to glue the band on. I love competing with my friends through the Fitbit app, but I must say that I am not impressed with the quality.

Apparently the last firmware update killed a lot of Charge 2s, according to the Fitbit forums. Sounds like the 3s must have been hit by it too.

My brother has gone through many Fitbits in last time decided to try a Samsung watch. Since 2014 I have had 2 Flexes and a Charge 2, so I guess I've been lucky compared to a lot of people. My Charge 2 is nearly two years old and I have to charge it twice a week now. But I also record all my workouts so I can only imagine that runs the battery down faster.
