I just have to add that I don't think Sydney Cummings is beginner at all. Most of her strength workouts I consider high int./advanced. She uses heavy weights. Well, I am a sweaty mess after most of her workouts.

Pahla Bowers - most of her workouts are beginner friendly.

Yeah but you can dial any strength workout down to beginner/low intermediate by going light with your weights. That's what I do when needed. I feel like with Sydney she gives enough rest between sets that it wouldn't be to hard for beginners to give it a go.

HASfit is good too - they have a wide variety of beginner to advanced workouts using kettlebells, dumbells and resistance tubing.

HASfit has some really good rehab kind of exercises. I've been doing their Knee and Hip strengthening and stretches for a while now and they do seem to help.

I agree...I get a great sweat on with her workouts! She does give many modifications so I guess a beginner could follow the modifications, but I really think she is more intermediate to advanced.
