Let me know what you think. Probably the only one that I'm interested! Is this a download? So you can use it more than once?

Have you received it yet? I only ordered it yesterday and will not see it until the new year as I live in the UK.

Let me know if you like it

Me, too! I just previewed the entire workout by moving the time line at the bottom of the screen.

A question, though. Looks to me like he's violating the 'don't let your knees go past your toes' rule in his lunges. He does mention not to go that far if you have knee problems. But considering this is for the 'older' exerciser, I was surprised he wasn't more specific.

I only previewed the clip on Mary's site, but he mentions that knees were made to go over the toes as he's lunging. First time I have ever heard that.

When you buy it, it goes into Your Video Library on Amazon and you can watch it whenever you want.

Being curious, I Googled "knees were made to go over your toes." There was a bunch of information supporting what he said at: https://www.google.com/search?q=knee...hrome&ie=UTF-8

Thanks for the above,

I did wonder about his statement, but I thought mmm.. maybe he has learned something new that I have not come across yet.

This was interesting though.

Yes, it can be a download. I tried it today since I didn’t have too much time. It was pretty much what I expected. You can make it easier or harder choosing the weights. Definitely worth two dollars. Reminds me of the first Tom Holland DVD
