I haven't tried Sole Sculpt yet, but I do enjoy the barefoot approach a lot. I find my feet cramp easily if I do too much pointing/flexing in shoes. Also, I notice more when I start leaning too far forward, and putting too much weight on my toes, which ultimately tweaks my knees. Gotta get those hips back in the squats! I don't know why that's so hard for me?
All I know is I have to concentrate on it a lot more that I should...

That would make things easier! I just download them, convert the files, and burn them to discs. I like working out in complete privacy, even if that means using a tiny tv with a dial for volume control that is upstairs in the bedroom. I do like having hard copies of the dvds.

Is that how it works - nothing much happens and then
whoosh? Note to self: "Hold out for the whoosh."
Something to look forward to! I'm actually thinking of making a disc for my sister, who's about six weeks post-partum and a little bluesy, with some of these low impact, nice beginner walks. I try not to be envious of how she's dropping weight without doing anything at all though!

Sometimes I don't like workouts that are homemade on Youtube because the instructor is annoying or they are not well put together, but something about her workouts draws me in. It also helps to have peanut join the workout here and there, that keeps me more focused on the workout rather than my usual clock watching.

Jessica rocks! I just posted a comment to her YouTube channel and she replied back within 30 minutes!
She is, I think, a super kind, thoughtful, and genuine person. Here is what she replied after I commented a summed up version of my OP:

Yep - I'm buying her upcoming dvds, no question.
