There are SOOO many Tae Bo workouts on You Tube - especially the older Advanced ones. I found the original Get Ripped - that was my favorite back in the day and had a blast revisiting it. I even remembered some of the places he messes up and knew what to do!

Question about the Amped program. How many DVD's are in this series? TIA

Diana, in the AMPED series, there are 5 workouts in the main program and a total of 4 add-ons so 9 total. The add-ons are Rockin Buns, Rockin Abs and Sculpt and there is another one, as well, called Turbo Charged Fat Burner. That one is a "bonus" workout on The Ultimate TaeBo disc, as well.
Definitely my favorite series, there is not one workout in this bunch I don't like. I don't always use the Amplifier bar but all workouts do use it. I like that half the class does not use the bar as Billy has never been good about using modifiers in his workouts. I remember when I bought this set. It was at WalMart years ago and they kept running out of them, I got a raincheck and had to wait two weeks to get it. Now, you can practically get these workouts for free

Just adding to Judy's post.. I only have the basic set of five Amped workouts. I don't have an Amplifier bar but do all the workouts with light weights. I like the mix of toning and cardio in the kickboxing. For me, the workout called Full Throttle is the hardest one in the set and I love Core Express: cardio and standing abs with the usual Taebo kickboxing.

Just thought I'd give a shout out.....announcement on FaceBook a few minutes ago....New DVD coming SOON. Low Impact TaeBo and another workout plus 3 bonuses. Sounds interesting.....I'm sure even a low impact TaeBo will be plenty challaging. No exact release date posted yet....

I'm excited, too, Anny. I see Billy has designed this one for older adults and/or people recovering from injury or trying to get back into fitness. The low impact one I imagine will be the more challaging of the two. I have SO many advanced TaeBo workouts that this one will be a nice change of pace or perfect for a more mellow day. Can't wait until its released
