I didn't expect to see the digital copies for sale until the end of year, so this was a nice surprise. Thank you Ilde. I caved and bought both DVDs, even though I was only going to buy the Yoga/Pilates one! I hope to do one of the practices this evening.

Please post your thoughts/reviews once you do them.

I was so excited about doing these, I ended up doing both practices on the Yoga/Pilates DVD. The workouts flow nicely from Pilates to Yoga poses. I still need to work on my balance, so was glad she offered modifications for some of the more challenging poses. Jessica's instruction is great, as always. The music is pleasant but not overly intrusive. I love the scenery. I've bought Jessica's yoga dvds in the past and to be honest haven't re-visited them very often. I definitely will be doing these again. My favourite of the two practices on this DVD was the floor routine.

Here are most of the poses:

Standing workout:
- Modified Roll-Down
- Chair Pose
- Crescent Lunge, bending back leg and lowering knee towards the floor
- Standing Pilates 100
- Tree Pose standing, then leaning body to each side
- Triangle Pose
- Warrior 2
- Half Moon Balance
- Single-sided Bicycle
- Wide-leg forward bend
- In Wide-leg forward bend, stretch to one foot, then the other foot
- Straight Leg Circles to the front and to the side
- Crescent Lunge to Warrior 3
- Single-sided Standing Swimming
- Balancing Cat Cow Crunch
- Eagle Sit
- Finish with modified Roll-Down

TBC

Floor Practice on the Yoga/Pilates DVD

Hope the descriptions make sense!

- Seated half roll-down and curl up
- Seated, knees bent 90/90 one leg in front of the other with diagonal reach across the body. Same seated position, rotate torso with hands resting on temples.
- Modified Mermaid stretch
- Side-Plank (modified with knee resting on floor)
- On back, Pilates Roll-up
- Half Bow and Full Bow
- One leg stretch
- Straight-leg Scissors, reaching towards opposite knee
- In Bridge, reaching arm to opposite side of the body diagonally overhead (sorry, hard to explain).
- Double-leg stretch
- Locust Pose
- Sideline leg circles
- Inner thigh raises
- On back, double-leg circles
- Single leg bridge
- Scissors
- On tummy, single leg extensions, then double leg
- Plank
- Swimming
- Cat Cow
- Kneeling forward lunge with side-twist
- Low Lizard lunge
- Rolling like a ball

I did the 'beach' stretch on her new Stretch DVD. Jessica starts with separating and stretching the toes (felt good). Some of the stretches were completely new to me. Some were familiar but with a different emphasis on the body part that was being stretched. I loved it.

Thanks for the feedback, Twigs! I like Jessica and have tried many of her yoga DVDs...but never come back to them. Maybe this one will be a winner for me. I'm thinking of a rotation with daily, gentle cardio (walk or exercise bike) and daily yoga (alternating between Standing and floor). This DVD would be perfect!

Hi Alison
Your rotation sounds great. I hope other people post their reviews too - they may think differently to me. I started the standing practice, thinking this is easy but some of those balancing poses had me wobbling all over the place. Good job no-one was watching. I'm sure I'd be a disgrace to the yoga community. I'm hoping I'll improve!
