Workouts for Thursday, July 27

You ever have one of those days when you did not enjoy anything you did? Welcome to my Thursday!

I did 30 of 40 minutes of a reformer workout on Pilates Anytime which varied moment by moment from way too easy to way too hard on my wrists and knees, followed by the genuinely meh boxing workout on the 10 MS Knockout Body DVD.

With that low bar, I hope your workout was more enjoyable than mine.

UFCF FIT Power Pull - I finished but I struggled at round 6. Mike Dolce keeps me motivated as always. Love this set!

I grew up as teener weener. It got shorten to weener when a nephew was learning to talk and he just called me weener.

Yes, definitely had those days! They suck but they will pass!

I did Cathe 4DS Higher Intensity step with chest and back. I am newly in love with this old series! Love the heavier lifting!

Lots and lots of walking on a college campus and sweat my ass off. Than a long dog walk. Enjoyable? Eh, not really.

Kind of a mish-mosh. Started with Kristen Dowell's Drills - the core/strength section, and then did Amy Bento 10MS Bootcamp cardio & stretch sections. I wish Kristen Dowell would release another DVD - I love her stuff!
