Jacqui-I think you will really like the workouts, based on your other likes-we like a lot of the same dance workouts
I think I am the only one here still using the Soul Sweat workouts from Powhow, though! I really enjoy them very much.The most recent NIA release "U" is now $14.95 US dollars on Amazon US. Of course it was listed there a week after I bought it from NIA's site and paid full price plus shipping. I'm not doing that ever again! Sherry

Yay! Glad we got a group together! I see your three PM's, and will reply to each of you now. I'm not sure how much my credit card charges for a foreign transaction fee, but I'm hoping that $9.65 sounds reasonable still to everyone. :-)
