I have Body Sculpt and Thighs and Glutes. I love the ten minute segments of it. perfect for vacation polishing ;-) meaning just do 10 minutes of something a day so when you come back from vacation that first real workout isn't so bad as it would've been ;-)
Just did a segment from thighs and glutes this morning, actually. Parallel thighs. OUCH! I do like the pace and it's not overdone on reps. I used a squishy ball instead of the towel.
