Found on youtube Cardio hoop by Niece Pecenka. The workout is a hoop and barre type fusion workout. She says, "Are you ready for a High Intensity Interval Training System that is lo-impact?

I recently got a hoop to play with and haven't had a chance to even open the box yet. That looks like a good workout for it, if I ever get to it.

I hope it can be purchased without the hoop. I already have a big fitness hoop and don't want another! |

I will definitely buy the DVDs if they aren't too expensive, and add me to the list of people who is hoping there's an option to purchase the DVDs without the hoop.
