What I meant was there was not a separate calendar, I think the info I typed out is what describes the rotation.

Yes

Hi Dela-Yes it looks like the only rotation info was what you took the time to type out from the DVD. I wanted to make sure you got credit since you took the time to post it in the thread.

I wonder if the general vagueness with this set is on purpose, to help encourage book purchases.

Thanks!

I have been thinking that all along too, with no nutrition info included, a very basic outline for the workout schedule, and just no other info about the program, I feel your suspicions are right.

I did end up pre-ordering the book on Amazon. It was down to around $12.50 last time I checked.

I packed my set up and shipping it back today.
I did the first strength workout this morning ,and did not enjoy it. Rachel is an excellent instructor, and there is nothing annoying about her teaching style, but I was bored to tears. I have too many programs I would rather do. JNL fusion would be a better option for me, and I'm itching to get back into Body Beast.

I think I will purchase the book.

Now I'm scared. Is it boring even with very heavy weights?

OH okay I was looking for a seperate calendar. Thanks
It was not boring at all to me, but I don't do weight DVD's that much. I am fixing to change that though. Cardio, Cardio not taking FAT off & look very round and puffy.

I didn't feel like I got a good workout at all. I could skip phase 1, but for what I paid, I rather send it back and buy the book.

This is a program for someone who has not done a lot of weight training. I've been lifting heavy weights all winter and phase one is just not challenging enough for me.

Thank you for taking one for the team, and thanks for your feedback. You definitely saved me money.
