I packed my set up and shipping it back today.
I did the first strength workout this morning ,and did not enjoy it. Rachel is an excellent instructor, and there is nothing annoying about her teaching style, but I was bored to tears. I have too many programs I would rather do. JNL fusion would be a better option for me, and I'm itching to get back into Body Beast. I think I will purchase the book. |
