I was able to repair the tank on my WaterRower and did a 20 minute session today. I can tell I will be getting a lot of use out of it. I plan on doing a lot of rowing to supplement running as I train for a half marathon I'm running in December.

I got a half hour in today
*note to self: carry 40lbs of groceries BEFORE rowing. not after. almost didn't make it home!*

Got my 10k in last week, did 5400 today toward the 20k for the week. I'm discovering all the fun built in workouts on the C2 - today I started with the 9 x (1:40 row / :20 rest) which got me to 3400, then I did a straight 2k to finish off the workout. The 1:40s were fun, I could go hard and tried to hold the same intensity for all intervals.

Great! I need to do 8k tomorrow to get my 20k in for the week. I think the next two weeks are going to be tough!!!

Hope everyone is rowing hard. Xrays show I have fluid build up on my elbow. I see the orthopedist soon. I hope it is not a serious condition.

GREAT job!!!!

This week has been a train wreck for me on the rowing front. I got in all my usual CF workouts, but no extra rowing! I think I'm going to extend the challenge a week for myself and pretend this week didn't happen.

and then collapse in a burning heap

annnnd then refuse to look at the rowing thing until the fall team row
